We were delighted with the location, quality and cleanliness of the hotel. Already the first contact with the reception during car parking was top notch. Just being able to park like this right in the centre is one of the advantages of the hotel. The room was very spacious, everything absolutely clean (you can imagine a heart surgery there :-), the noiseless air conditioning heated according to the settings. Very quiet place, yet strategic in terms of distance to the historic part of the city. On our next visit to Passau we will certainly stay in this hotel again.

Breakfast excellent, a wide choice of everything from vegan products to a proper English breakfast, croissants, jams, musli etc. A/C in the room was very helpful, particularly when temperatures reach tropical hights. Location cannot be beaten- right at the beginning of a precinct and within walking distance from the train station. Cafes, restaurants and a supermarket at a stone’s throw from the hotel. Will definitely return when in Passau.

Location of the hotel was the best, front desk staff/bar staff were very helpful in the afternoon. They made drinks for us and we enjoyed talking to them as they were very helpful about the Christmas Markets, the town and navigating the shops. They gave me ice for my sore knee which was very nice and helpful. The same staff recommended a restaurant across the street which was in an old wine cellar. We ate there and had a nice dinner.

It is located exactly in the city center, was a nice stay even for one night and overall we really enjoyed it. Receptionists were friendly and calmed. The building itself was also really nice. The room was spacious and comfortable enough, kettle with instant coffee and tee filters were provided as present too. The bed was also comfortable. Overall outstanding, especially at this price range.

Close to railway station (easy 7min walk) and old town / restaurants etc. I would recommend this hotel.
